A logo and sitemap for a website is all I ask for when designing a website. The City Centre Development Agency (CCDA for short) provided a great (vectorized!) logo and had a sitemap planned out from the get-go. Rarely are clients as organised as they are, plus they were great to work with to boot. Much to my pleasure they loved clean designs.
